Welcome to the site of the women’s shelter in Preetz!

We protect women and their children facing violence, and give them help and advice.

There are many types of violence:

Beating, sexual harassment, raping, humiliation, screaming, locking up, monitoring phonecalls and much more.

Violence  is taken by women according to their feeling!

Women of all nationalities and their children can come to the women asylum house (boys only up to the age of 14). Disabled women are also welcome.

You can bring your pets on prior agreement.

Your stay is free of charge.

How to find us

If you want to come to the women asylum house, just give us a call. We will pick you up at an agreed meeting point. If possible, bring all important clothings, and  documents, etc. (see checklist below).

Admission has no official formalities. The only condition is that you are able to take care of yourself and your children.

If you just like to consult us for advice but not to stay in the women asylum house just give us a call for an appointment and come to our information centre.

Checklist

If possible and available, please bring the following items:
(if not at hand you can also come to the women asylum house)

• Passport, residence and working permit
• Social insurance ID card
• Money, account book
• Certificate of marriage
• Clothes, items of personal hygiene

For children:

• Birth certificate
• children's passport
• vaccination certificate
• school  items
• health examination card
• certificate of custody
